For your eyes only....^_^

Im not talking about 80's James Bond hit movies.Im talking about one of our important organ, we always need our eyes to do lot of activities in this life. Here are some tips to treat our eyes and to avoid serious problems in our eyes :
1. Dont watching TV too close
A safe distance to watch television I think it was 2 meters to 14-inch TV size. For a more wide-screen automatic greater distance. Enjoy a movie screen had better take a very back seat.

2. Work / Play Computer Never Too Long
Get used to give time in the activity in front of a computer screen. For example every 15 or 30 minutes at rest to see that far away for five to ten minutes so that the eyes are not always in a state of tension due to see a screen with a very close distance.

3. Do not Play Video Games Too Close
The kids today are ignorant of many eye health. This can be seen with a lot of games ps / playstation or any other similar games vido close to the tv screen. Better get used to scold children who play games too close. The distance is similar to point number 1 above.

4. Reading Books
A safe distance reading is 30 cm. If too close can make the eye strain and result in myopic in the long run. Reading books is also not allowed while sleeping. Information should also be sufficient even for example with bright neon lights. Thus the eye health will be maintained.


5. Avoid Dust And Pollution
For those of you who often move on the highway like a motorcycle, taxi drivers, policemen, thugs, public transportation drivers, couriers, etc. you should use protective eyewear such as goggles and helmets that mirror. Avoid dust into the eyes because it can make the eyes become infected and make a cataract eye.

6. Eat Nutritious Food, fiber and Bervitamin A
Eyes need intake of substances which are nutritious and sufficient vitamins in order to maintain the condition of keep fit. Get used to eating foods that contain fiber and adequate nutrition. You can also take supplements or vitamins containing food A vitamin like carrots, avocado, tomato, papaya, and so forth.

Keep your eye health to suffer because you do not have to wear glasses constantly. With healthy eyes you have plenty of opportunities to pass medical tests that require your eye health. Contact your doctor each time you have a problem with the eyes. Good luck.
