Avoiding cancer with Broccoli


The researchers are now trying to plants cultivated broccoli with super size. This is expected to reduce the morbidity of the disease. Broccoli is believed to prevent someone from cancer. It was also believed by the Institute of Food Research (IRF) in the UK.

According to them, green broccoli that has a chemical called sulforaphane which is believed to hold ongoing effects of cancer. Because the same assumption, then logically, if we can produce
this plant in a super capacity, the chemical elements mentioned above will also be efficient capacity and larger.

"Eating large portions of broccoli or broccoli with higher levels of sulforaphane, the cancer may be better at least have the potential for pain," said Coordinator of Research, Professor Richard Mithen, the BBC website, recently.

Broccoli is known as the families of vegetables which are similar to cabbage, cauliflower and kale. Most of these vegetables contain elements of high-yield glucosinolates.

In addition, the type of vegetables that have an element of sulforaphane, are believed to be the only spread of the cancer-suppressing drugs in the body. Super broccoli estimated size bigger at least three-quarters times of ordinary broccoli.
